in the North Island Sewing & Needle Arts Show 2007 in Campbell River;

The show features a large Merchant Mall and many Seminars plus several Stage Shows. Open Friday 12pm - 5pm and Saturday 10am - 5 pm at the Campbell River Community Centre. We will have a booth with our yarn products, knitting accessories and display of some finished projects in the Merchant Mall plus we'll offer three knitting classes. You may sign up for them by following the instructions on the program. If you are not living here: make it a retreat weekend in Campbell River and swing by our shop! |

John Gillespie's misty paintings are well liked by our customers. So far we only carried his Giclee prints on canvas, now we just received two wonderful Giclee prints on paper. Thanks for your great participation in our Yarn Winter Sale in
January. Not only did our customers experience huge savings - we are
grateful that this Sale brought us new customers for one.
But, we also could clean up our inventory and eliminate a number of discontinued yarns. Find the updated assortment (most of them now with shade card links!) in our restructured Yarn Page. We also updated our Yarn Price List by Manufacurer and the Price List by Yarn Name. Please keep in mind, that we have an Ongoing Sale with quality yarns for 20% off. Check availability before ordering! And - we still stock some yarns which are discontinued by our suppliers. Expect the next huge Sale in Fall. Inge and Jurgen went to the Alberta Gift Show last weekend and came back
with many great ideas - and orders. Wait for the arrival news in web
site and blogs! Here come the first announcements:
- We ordered Irene Klar etchings, posters, cushions, scarves, art cards, coasters and fridge magnets and will have an extra Irene Klar Page in our web site. - NEW from Artables: first, a complete new stoneware line called "Earthart Pottery"; we ordered the Handpainted Leaf line. We also get two lines of the new lower cost wildlife "Silhouette Series": Fishing Bear and Swimming Moose - see the announcements in our Pottery Page! - The photo above shows a complete new line of Bath and Body Care which we will carry: Gardeners Lemon Verbena is made from delicately crushed leaves of Lemon Verbena, combined with papaya and bergamot to create a revitalizing and uplifting fragrance.
