Elegant Beret

This elegant beret features a plain-colored single crochet stitch rim which stays firmly in shape. The rest of the piece is knitted in stockinette stitch in the round with multi-colored yarn. The appropriate shape is created by increases and decreases. If you prefer to make your beret using only one color, you will need one hank of yarn (3.5 oz /100 g).

You need one ball of wool yarn, or a combination of yarns. If you add Drops Kid-Silk for increased smootheness, Pam advises that one 25 gram ball is enough for two pairs of wristwarmers.
