Returns + Exchanges
We are in it together and have to make the best out of it.
First of all, if you want to return or exchange purchased items, please send an email to email@example.com in a timely manner. Include your order number, the best way for us to contact you, and as much detail as possible.
This one is easy: all eligible items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
If items were sent in error or are defective, Needle & Arts will pay for shipping costs of the return shipment. If you want replacement, we replace the items in question at our cost. If the order was filled correctly, and the products are eligible for return, we will process the return, but there are no refunds on shipping and handling costs on correctly filled orders, as you will understand.
What is returnable?
We take returns on any non-sale yarn that you have purchased, for a full refund, if
- the Yarn is in new, truly unused and re-sellable condition, and is in its original packaging
- We cannot take returns on any yarn that has been wound into a ball from it’s original skein.
The same applies to Notions, Needles and other items: We take returns if the items
- are unopened in their original packaging and
- are truly unused and in re-sellable condition.
